Als Senior Projektmanager (m/w/d) für IT und Softwareentwicklung hilfst du unseren Kund:innen, Projekte erfolgreich aufzusetzen und durchzuführen.
Als hauptverantwortlicher Projektmanager (m/w/d) stehst du für End-to-End Qualität, Initiative und Professionalität. Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken stehen für dich an oberster Stelle, um als Partner:in für unsere Kund:innen individuelle Lösungen umzusetzen.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung in agilen und hybriden IT- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und bist dabei die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und verantwortest die Sicherstellung und Koordination qualitativ hochwertiger und effizient betriebener Services, die den individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen gerecht werden
- Du bedienst dich agiler Projektmanagementmethoden, insbesondere SCRUM und du trägst die technisch operative und kaufmännische Verantwortung für dein Team und den damit verbundenen Kund:innen
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson unserer Experten-Teams für alle Fragen der technischen Leistungserbringung und übernimmst die Rolle eines Schnittstellen-Partners (m/w/d) für unsere Kund:innen
- Du kümmerst dich um Workshop- und Terminkoordination inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung und du formulierst eine klare Zielrichtung für dein Team und ermöglichst Freiräume, um die kundenindividuell beste Lösung mit hoher Kundenzufriedenheit zu sichern - immer unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Du stellst die operative Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern sicher
- Du lebst Professionalität und Freude an den Themen vor und stellst so zusammen mit deinem Team die Weichen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit, langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen sowie die nachhaltige Innovationskraft für neue von Kund:innen gewünschte Services

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT sowie fachliche IT- und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, professionelle und selbstständige Arbeitsweise – kombiniert mit analytischer Stärke und einem hohen Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Du hast Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira und du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in mindestens einer der folgenden Programmiersprachen: Symfony Framework, VueJs Framework, Twig, REST, Bootstrap Framework (oder ähnliche Programmiersprachen)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Ansprechpersonen im Management und trittst dabei stets authentisch und überzeugend auf
- Du hast ein gewisses Maß an Reisebereitschaft sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
