Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte unserer mittelständischen bis großen Firmenkunden im M365-Umfeld
- Du berätst unsere Kunden auf dem Weg zum „Modern Workplace“ rund um cloudbasierte Lösungen aus dem Microsoft 365 Portfolio
- Du übernimmst dabei Planung, Konzeption, Design und Implementierung der Cloud-Lösungen, mit den Schwerpunkten Microsoft Exchange Online, Unified Communication, Cloud- und Hybridszenarien, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams
- Du berätst unsere Kunden beim Einsatz neuer Technologien / Softwarelösungen und auf dem Weg in die Digitalisierung mit Produkten aus dem Microsoft Portfolio
- Du übernimmst das professionelle Projektmanagement sowie Optimierung der Prozesse nach ITIL
- Du bist Teil eines starken Teams und unterstützt die Kolleg:innen im 3rd-Level-Support
- Du identifizierst weiterführende Bedarfe bei deinen Kundeneinsätzen und begleitest den Vertrieb bei Presales-Terminen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik / Informationstechnik oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im genannten Aufgabengebiet sammeln und Projekte im M365-Umfeld, vorzugsweise in Enterprise-Umgebungen, erfolgreich von der Presales-Phase bis zum Projekt-Review begleiten
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in den Themen Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive for Business
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Geschäftsprozesse verschiedener Branchen, um unsere Kunden Business-orientiert zu beraten und adäquate Lösungen vorzustellen
- Du besitzt idealerweise eine passende Microsoft Zertifizierung (MS-203 / MS100-101 / MS-700), kann jedoch auch gerne bei uns absolviert werden
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du verfügst über regionale Reisebereitschaft
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Begeisterung für neue Technologien, souveränes Auftreten und ein eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
