Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie administrieren und betreuen VPN-Geräte sowie unterstützen und betreuen Anwender:innen und deren Hard- und Software (First-, Second- und Third- Level Support)
- Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen und dokumentieren diese
- Sie stellen Hardware für Nutzer:innen am Arbeitsplatz bereit und weisen diese in Hard- und Software ein
- Sie verwalten IT-Geräte
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erneuerung der Hardwareinfrastruktur durch Beschaffung, Installation und Fehlerbeseitigung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Bezug zur IT und haben Erfahrungen im technischen Support
- Sie müssen bereit sein, sich einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach dem Gesetz über die Voraussetzungen und das Verfahren von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen des Bundes (Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz - SÜG) zu unterziehen, da es diese Tätigkeit erfordert - Das Ergebnis der Überprüfung darf der ausgeschriebenen Tätigkeit nicht entgegenstehen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Anwendungen der Firma Microsoft, insbesondere Windows 10 und Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 sowie Microsoft Office
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert, lösungs- und serviceorientiert, besitzen eine hohe kommunikative Kompetenz in Wort und Schrift, haben eine gute Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit, sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit und punkte mit einem freundlichen Auftreten sowie höflichen Umgangsformen
- Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich Dienstreisen zu unternehmen
- Sie bringen wünschenswerter Weise Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit der VPN-Lösung SINA und im Bereich der Netzwerkadministration mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
