Unsere IT-Abteilung ist das Herzstück des Unternehmens, denn das IT-Team sorgt nicht nur für reibungslose digitale Arbeitsprozesse innerhalb der Fachabteilungen, sondern gestaltet auch aktiv die Zukunft des Unternehmens mit, indem es bei wegweisenden Digitalisierungsprojekten eine Schlüsselrolle einnimmt. Sie unterstützen in Ihrer Rolle tatkräftig die Weiterentwicklung der internen Software, treiben neue Softwarelösungen voran, stimmen sich dazu mit unseren Fachbereichen ab und finden so stets die besten Lösungen für interne Prozesse. Dabei haben Sie Freude daran, breit aufgestellt zu arbeiten!
Was erwartet Sie?
- Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen, die fundiertes SQL-Wissen erfordern
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Erstellung von Konzepten
- Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT-Team zur Definition von Anforderungen
- Durchführung von Tests und Code-Reviews für Programme/Anwendungen
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau des unternehmensweiten Reporting-Systems
- Unterstützung, Schulung und Betreuung der Anwender bei der Einführung der entwickelten Programme und Anwendungen
- Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten hinsichtlich IT-Auswirkungen und -Anforderungen
- Eigeninitiative bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der eigenen fachlichen Kompetenzen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. Anwendungsentwicklung) oder ein Studium mit IT-Bezug (wie Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Gute theoretische sowie praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit zeitgemäßen Software-Architekturen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SQL-Datenbanken und -Programmierung
- Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Reports mittels Microsoft Power BI sind von Vorteil
- Gute und sichere Kommunikation mündlich und schriftlich auf Deutsch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
