Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren Probleme und administrieren und entwickeln Linux-Systeme, Firewalls, Netzwerke und komplexe Anwendungssysteme weiter
- Sie koordinieren die Wartung und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Projektcontrolling und Risikomanagement
- Sie beobachten den Markt hinsichtlich innovativer Entwicklungen und längerfristiger Entwicklungstrends und prüfen deren Einsetzbarkeit im Unternehmen
- Sie sind für die Koordination, Konzeption, Abstimmung und Produktivfreigabe von komplexen Systemmodifikationen, sowie Funktionserweiterungen und innovative Neuentwicklungen zuständig
- Sie führen ein Team von fünf Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Netzwerkadministration und Telekommunikation
- Sie leiten Dienstleister an, einschließlich Auswahl, Briefing, Termin-, Zeit- und Aktivitätenplanung sowie Controlling und Bewertung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung idealerweise im Bereich IT mit einer weiterführenden Fachqualifizierung oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen & Rechenzentren und Sie haben einschlägige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Linux-Umfeld
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, speziell Oracle und MySQL, Campus-Netzwerken (Extreme Networks) sowie in den Bereichen VMware-Cluster und Firewalls
- Sie haben Erfahrungen im Bereich Hosting für Externe und RZ-Automatisierung (Ansible) und Sie besitzen vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Beschäftigten bzw. Dienstleistern
- Sie verfügen über analytisches Denkvermögen in Verbindung mit der Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu bewahren
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
