Du sollst die kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Technikern aus unserem Unternehmen bilden, deren Anforderungen erkennen, Konzepte ausarbeiten, Lösungsansätze mit uns erschaffen und letztlich die Projektumsetzung und deren erfolgreichen Abschluss begleiten. Deine Funktion wird dabei sowohl Aspekte eines Beraters, als auch eines Projektleiters beinhalten und bietet einen breitgefächerten Mix aus erfolgreichen Kunden unterschiedlicher Branchen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Begleitung und Entwicklung von Business Apps unter effektivem Einsatz der neusten Microsoft 365 Cloud Technologie
- Anforderungen klar erfassen und strukturieren
- Aufgabenverwaltung und Zuteilung
- Technisches Verständnis und der Wille sich hier weiterzubilden, als auch auf dem aktuellsten technischen Stand zu sein
- Begleitung der Implementierung der Lösungen in der Kundenumgebung und kommunikativer Ansprechpartner für die Probleme des Kunden
- Troubleshooting und Problem-Lösung in der Kundenumgebung aufnehmen
- Das Consulting und die Projektentwicklung im Blick haben und dementsprechend beiden Seiten kommunizieren
- Koordination der Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Lösungen auf der Basis der Power-Plattform
- Ansprechpartner und Hilfestellung für unsere Kunden und das Team bei Schwierigkeiten mit der Cloud-Technologie und dem Einsatz unserer Lösungen
- Dokumentation der verwendeten technischen Konzepte und Schlüsseltechnologien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Microsoft 365 oder digitale Prozesse.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Microsoft 365 Plattform.
- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Du bist kundenorientiert, flexibel und teamfähig.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
