In deiner Funktion als Projektleiter (m/w/d) bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen bei Fragen rund um die Themen Rückbau und Schadstoffsanierung. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss der Projekte verantwortest du das erfolgreiche Projektmanagement.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erfasst Gebäudeschadstoffe im Gebäudebestand und nimmst Bausubstanzproben für weitergehende Schadstoffuntersuchungen
- Du erstellst Schadstoffkataster einschl. Bewertung der Gesundheitsgefahren, des Arbeitsschutzes, der Entsorgungs-/Verwertungsmöglichkeiten sowie der finanziellen Risiken bei der Schadstoffsanierung
- Du planst Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen für eigene Schadstoffuntersuchungen sowie zur Schadstoffsanierung
- Du erstellst Entsorgungs- und Sanierungs-/Rückbaukonzepte
- Du schreibst Ausschreibungen aus, steuerst und begleitest Untersuchungs-, Sanierungs- und Rückbaumaßnahmen einschl. Bauüberwachung
- Du überwachst die Abfallentsorgung und unterstützt beim elektronischen Nachweisverfahren über ZEDAL
- Du unterstützt Environmental-Due-Diligence-Erhebungen und bearbeitest den Markt, um neue Kund:innen zu gewinnen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Studienabschluss im Bereich Bau-/Umweltingenieurwesen, Geowissenschaften o.ä.
- Du verfügst mindestens über 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Rückbau- und Sanierungskonzeption
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Gebäudeschadstoffe, Raumlufthygiene, Umwelt-/Abfallrecht, Arbeitsschutzgesetz sowie der HOAI/AHO
- Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über Qualifikationsnachweise nach TRGS 519, TRSG 521 und TRGS 524
- Du bist teamfähig, hast Eigeninitiative, wirtschaftliches Denken, ein sicheres Auftreten und akquisitorisches Geschick
- Du kannst einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen vorweisen und bist offen gegenüber dem Thema Digitalisierung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
