Steuerberater / Standortleiter mit Schwerpunkt Steuer Compliance (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung effizienter und der zunehmenden Komplexität Rechnung tragender Prozesse im Bereich Steuern, bearbeitest vorhandene Aufträge mit sachgerechten Deckungsbeiträgen und sorgst für eine hohe Mandantenzufriedenheit
- Du bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte und fachlich hochwertige Auslieferung von Arbeitsergebnissen, baust ein Tax Compliance Management System auf und sicherst dieses sowie koordinierst und entwickelst ein Team von bis zu 10 Mitarbeitenden weiter
- Du berätst die Geschäftsführung in steuerrelevanten Fragestellungen, übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Compliance-Bereichs und koordinierst das gesamte Team
- Du begleitest Betriebsprüfungen und entwickelst und implementierst umsatzsteuerrelevante Unternehmensprozesse und berätst in steuerlichen Fragestellungen, wie z.B. gesellschaftsrechtlichen Umstrukturierungen
- Du sorgst für die Einhaltung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation und begleitest die Digitalisierung steuerlicher Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie gleichberechtigten Führungskräften zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerberater (m/w/d), ein Gespür für Steuern und Finanzen und dein Ziel war es schon immer einen Unternehmensstandort zu leiten
- Du bist vertraut mit Compliance Themen, sowie Stiftungen, Genossenschaften, Investitionsabzugsbeträgen o.ä.
- Du erstellst gerne Quartalsreportings für die Geschäftsführung und führst dein Team auf Augenhöhe
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis mit und lieferst qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse
- Du verfügst vorteilhafterweise Erfahrungen in der Gestaltungsberatung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
