Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest das Sales Team technisch bei Anfragen und erstellst passende, auf die Kundschaft zugeschnittene technische Konzepte von Cloud-Projekten
- Du bist Teil des jeweiligen Projektteams und unterstützt bei der Präsentation sowie Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Kund:innen und du begleitest unsere Operations-Teams in der Transitionsphase und trägst damit aktiv zu einer erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei
- Du entwickelst unsere Kundenbeziehungen weiter, indem du gemeinsam mit unserem Sales und Operations Team Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen erarbeitest und Aufgaben aus dem Key Accounting übernimmst
- Du erstellst Konzepte auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen oder optimierst bestehende Infrastrukturen, wobei du Themenblöcke wie Sizing, Lastverteilung und Sicherheitsanforderungen berücksichtigst
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Operations-Team zusammen, bist am Puls der Zeit und kannst neue Services von Grund auf mitentwickeln
- Du arbeitest angefertigte Konzepte und neue Technologien mit deinem Team zu standardisierten Produkten aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen, Datenbanken, Webservern und Virtualisierungstechniken und du weißt, worauf es ankommt, wenn es um Themen wie Hochverfügbarkeit und Lastverteilung geht
- Du hast Spaß daran, dich mit neuen Technologien und Themenbereichen, z.B. Kubernetes und Automatisierung, auseinanderzusetzen
- Du kennst die Vor- und Nachteile von Public Cloud, Private Cloud und Hybrid Cloud und hast für unsere Kund:innen immer die beste Lösung parat
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude daran, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen und diese einzubinden und du hast ein Herz für unsere Kund:innen und suchst immer nach dem idealen Weg
- Kann, aber kein Muss: Du hast bereits in einem DevOps Umfeld gearbeitet und kennst CI/CD Pipelines und zugehörige Technologien
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem agilen Umfeld und crossfunktionalen Teams und schätzt es dabei eigenverantwortlich deine Aufgaben zu bearbeiten

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
