Bauleiter für Civil FACTS und HGÜ Projekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst, führst und überwachst die Arbeiten und den vereinbarten Lieferumfang unter Beachtung der technischen und vertraglichen Spezifikationen
- Du überwachst den Baufortschritt, verfolgst den Terminplan und triffst Gegen- bzw. Beschleunigungsmaßnahmen bei drohendem Verzug
- Du kontrollierst das kalkulierte Budget und ´ identifizierst Chancen / Risiken und unterstützt aktiv im Nachtragsmanagement
- Du erstellst, verfolgst und dokumentierst Roteintragungen (as built)
- Du überwachst und stellst die HSE-konforme Ausführung der Arbeiten und deren Dokumentation (vertrags- und/oder länderspezifisch) in Abstimmung mit dem HSE Management sicher
- Du bist deutschlandweit mobil und hältst dich unter der Woche mindestens 4 Tage auf der Baustelle vor Ort auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen abgeschlossen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Turn Key / EPC Geschäft sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich HGÜ (Hochspannung Gleichstrom Übertragung) und/oder mit FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System - flexibles Drehstrom Übertragungssystem) -Anlagen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen als HSE und/oder SiGeko
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bist bereit zu weltweiten Dienstreisen und überwiegend langfristigen Einsätzen auf Baustellen im Inland- und Ausland.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
