Wir sind ein Team aus Technologie, Kommunikation und Design. Wir alle haben Spaß an Mobile und sind in unseren verschiedenen Kompetenzfeldern Wegweiser in dieser neuen mobilen Welt. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden finden wir zuerst heraus, was diese genau brauchen und setzen diese Bedürfnisse dann in eine mobile Lösung um. Wofür wir stehen – in einem Satz: Wir machen Apps, die jede Oma bedienen kann, die selbst dem Designer-Freund gefallen und die die individuellen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden lösen. In der Zusammenarbeit haben wir uns gemeinsam auf einige Werte geeinigt, nach denen wir unser tägliches Handeln richten: Offenheit, Teamgeist und Neugier. Denn nur wenn wir offen und teamorientiert zusammenarbeiten und immer neugierig auf der Suche nach besseren Lösungen bleiben, schaffen wir es, ein von allen Seiten durchdachtes mobiles Produkt zu schaffen.

Wen suchen wir?
- Leidenschaft für und erste Erfahrung in der App-Entwicklung: Du solltest bereits an App-Projekten gearbeitet haben.
- Du zeigst Neugier gegenüber neuen mobilen Technologien und unkonventionellen Lösungsansätzen.
- Begeisterung, Dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten, damit unsere Software nicht nur funktioniert, sondern geliebt wird.
- Verständnis für Gesamtkonzepte und die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer. Unsere Lösungen sind nie rein technischer Natur. Uns ist es wichtig, dass jeder im Team die Anforderungen an die Software versteht und diese auch so umsetzen kann, dass das Projekt erfolgreich wird.
- Du beherrschst Deinen Mac im Schlaf, träumst von Xcode und schreibst Deine Einkaufszettel in Swift.
- Du hast Spaß daran selbständig, akkurat und mit „Clean Codes“ zu arbeiten und verlierst dabei das Ziel, ausgezeichnete User Experience zu gewähren, nie aus den Augen.
- Versionskontrolle mit Git liegt Dir im Blut, Du liebst MVC sowie die dritte Normalform und hast Test-driven Development bereits eingesetzt.
- Du überzeugst außerdem durch Teamfähigkeit, eigenständiges und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten, und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine gute Portion Humor runden Dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
