Als Meister für die Betriebsleitung für Fahrzeuglackierung (m/w/d) spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Unternehmen. Du wirst die Qualität und die Effizienz unserer Lackierprozesse sicherstellen und dafür sorgen, dass wir weiterhin ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen bieten können. Deine Arbeit wird direkt zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Erfolg unserer Unternehmensgruppe beitragen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Auftragsannahme und Planung sowie die Betriebsführung und Kundenbetreuung
- Du bereitest Fahrzeugteile für die Lackierung vor, inklusive Abdecken, Spachteln, Schleifen und Grundieren
- Du kontrollierst die Qualität der Oberflächenbeschichtung während und nach dem Lackiervorgang und führst Finisharbeiten durch
- Du trägst Nass-in-Nass-Grundierungen, Basislack und Klarlack auf Fahrzeuge und Anbauteile aller Art auf
- Du montierst Anbauteile und suchst Farbtöne mittels Farbtonmessgerät und mischst diese aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
