Duales Studium im Bankwesen als Verbundstudium (m/w/d)
Zu Beginn des dualen Studiums treffen sich unsere Azubis und Studenten (m/w/d) aus allen Lehrjahren, um „die Neuen“ zu begrüßen. Dies findet in der Regel an einem Wochenende kurz vor Ausbildungs- bzw. Studienbeginn statt. In gemütlicher Runde wird gegrillt und du lernst deine Azubi-Kolleg:innen in lockerer Atmosphäre kennen.
In der ersten Woche deines dualen Studiums finden die sogenannten Einführungstage statt, hier erhältst du ausreichend Input, um dich für den Start in der Bank fit zu machen und danach geht es direkt zu deinem ersten Einsatzort in der Bank, zum Beispiel dem Kundenservice.
In allen Bereichen steht dir eine feste Ansprechperson für all deine Fragen zur Verfügung, trotzdem wirst du aktiv in das gesamte Team integriert und wirkst je nach Abteilung auch selbstständig bei spannenden Projekten mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Das Verbundstudium bietet ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium in Kombination mit einer klassischen Bankausbildung
- Du studierst an einer Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften und erreichst nach viereinhalb Jahren zwei vollwertige Abschlüsse: den Abschluss Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) und den Titel Bachelor of Arts, BWL
- Als Verbundstudent (m/w/d) bist du im ersten Jahr deiner Ausbildung in der Kundenberatung vor Ort eingesetzt und eignest dir dort die Grundlagen des Bankgeschäfts an
- Im Herbst des darauffolgenden Jahres beginnt das Studium an der Technischen Hochschule Aschaffenburg
- In den Semesterferien und während des Praxissemesters setzt du deine Bankausbildung fort
- Nach dem fünften Semester absolvierst du deine Abschlussprüfung bei der IHK Aschaffenburg
- Für die weitere Studiendauer stehen wir dir als fester Partner zur Seite und unterstützen dich beispielsweise bei deiner Bachelorarbeit

- Als Student (m/w/d) erhältst du gleich am ersten Tag dein eigenes iPad. Dies nutzt du unter anderem, um deine digitalen Kompetenzen in der Bank auszubauen, immer up to date zu sein oder die verschiedenen E-Learning-Module zu bearbeiten, die dich beim Lernen zusätzlich unterstützen
- Im betriebsinternen Unterricht erhalten die Azubis regelmäßig von jeweils einer Kollegin oder einem Kollegen direkt fachlichen Input aus ihrer/seiner Abteilung. Du lernst sozusagen neben der Berufsschule auch direkt von den Profis

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
