Willkommen bei der celerise GmbH, einem führenden Unternehmen im Bereich des Social Media Marketings für die Gastronomie. Wir sind ein 12-köpfiges Team mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 25 Jahren und helfen täglich rund 100 Restaurants in ganz Deutschland, durch gezieltes Instagram-, Facebook- und TikTok-Marketing mehr lokale Sichtbarkeit und eine gezielte Zielgruppenansprache zu erreichen. Mit einem Jahresumsatz im sechsstelligen Bereich wollen wir unseren Kundenstamm bis 2024 auf über 200 steigern.
Und dafür brauchen wir genau Dich!
Außerdem bieten wir die Möglichkeit, parallel an der Entwicklung eines neuen Start-ups (yoursquares GmbH) im Bereich des digitalen Immobilienvertriebs mitzuarbeiten.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung unserer Expansionsstrategie zu einer 1-Click-Agency
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Du unterstützt maßgeblich bei strategischen Entscheidungen, u.a. hinsichtlich Pricing und Leistungsportfolio
- Du optimierst den & automatisierst unseren Outbound B2B-Vertriebsprozess
- Du akquirierst über Cold Reach Outs neue Gastronomie Kunden
- Du entwickelst Partnerschaften in den Bereichen Vertrieb & Content Creation
- Du übernimmst eigene Projekte
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren beiden Gründern Patrick Zengerling (WHU) & Johann Weitzel (IU) zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst oder hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Marketing und suchst ein Praktikum von mindestens 4 Monaten
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du hast Interesse an der Digitalisierung & Automatisierungen von Prozessen
- Du hast idealerweise bereits in den Bereichen Real Estate, Business Development, Consulting, Sales, Project Management oder in einem Start-Up Erfahrungen gesammelt
- Du hast eine unternehmerische Einstellung, eine proaktive "can-do" Haltung, bist ein Teamplayer und hast eine hands-on Mentalität
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und willst eigene Projekte umsetzen

In den letzten 5 Jahren haben wir uns zu der marktführenden Social Media Marketing Agenture für Restaurants in Deutschland entwickelt. Mit unserem ca. 10-köpfigen Team (Durchschnittsalter: 25 Jahre) helfen wir Gastronomen deutschlandweit, mehr Gäste und regionale Bekanntheit durch professionelles Instagram, Facebook und TikTok Marketing zu gewinnen. Mit einem mittleren 6-stelligen Jahresumsatz und langfristigen Vertragsbeziehungen als #bootstrapped Start-up wollen wir unseren aktuellen Kundenstamm mit 100+ Restaurants vervielfachen, neue B2B Partner gewinnen, unser Fulfillment automatisieren und bis 2025 einen 7-stelligen Jahresumsatz erreichen. Genau dafür brauchen wir DICH, um unser Team zu komplementieren. Ebenfalls baut die Geschäftsführung parallel eine zweites Start-up im Bereich des digitalen Immobilienvertriebs auf, wo du auch mitwirken könntest.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
