Textiltechniker für Qualitätsmanagement und Produktionsüberwachung (w/m/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sichern die Qualität, Sicherheit und Rechtskonformität unserer Produkte aus den Bereichen KIKO / DOB / HAKA / SPORT vom Prototyp bis zur Wareneingangskontrolle
- Sie definieren die Qualitätsanforderungen durch Erstellung von Prüfplänen auf Basis von Kundenvorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit Prüfinstituten
- Sie kommunizieren intern und extern mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, überwachen und terminieren die Vorproduktions- und Produktionsstufen im engen Austausch mit den Lieferanten und übernehmen die technische Umsetzung der einzelnen Styles als Schnittstelle zwischen Design und Lieferant
- Sie bewerten die Muster in Bezug auf Form, Qualität und Verarbeitung, optimieren kontinuierlich Passformen und Sie koordinieren Musterziehungen über Dienstleister und steuern die Musterprüfungen gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben sowie den Qualitätsanforderungen
- Sie setzen qualitätsverbessernde Maßnahmen zusammen mit akkreditierten Laboren, Agenturen, Lieferanten, internen Abteilungen um und überwachen die Ergebnisse
- Sie sind für die Überprüfung und Freigabe von finalen Produktionsprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Einkauf und den Lieferanten oder Agenturen zuständig

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über angemessene Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Discountgeschäft
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung der Bekleidungs- oder Textiltechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Passform- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und sehr gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Sie haben im Idealfall Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Produktbereichen (Generalist)
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind durchsetzungs- und entscheidungsfähig und teamfähig
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau) und haben gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
