Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest maßgeblich die Performance Health Checks der Applikationen unserer Kund:innen
- Du automatisierst Lasttests mittels robuster Skripte, analysierst die Ergebnisse und erarbeitest Vorschläge zur Optimierung der Performance, gemeinsam mit den Entwickler:innen.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen beim Aufbau und Betrieb skalierbarer Testumgebungen für Last- und Performancetests sowie Nutzung moderner Technologien (z.B. Kubernetes, Cloud Hyperscaler).
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und präsentierst die Ergebnisse gegenüber der Product Owner, Delivery Manager und QA Verantwortlichen.
- Du planst Performance Checks möglichst früh ein und prüfst diese
- Du lässt deine Erfahrungen in den Aufbau von Application Performance Monitorings miteinfließen und unterstützt bei der Analyse von Auffälligkeiten.
- Du gestaltest in unseren internen Special Interest Groups aktiv unser Dienstleistungsportfolio mit.

Was solltest du mitbringst?
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Application Performance Management.
- Du bringst Qualitätsbewusstsein mit, welches für dich auch in agilen Entwicklungen und Projekten ein Selbstverständnis ist.
- Du bist Teamplayer:in und verfügst über ausgeprägte technische, analytische, organisatorische sowie kommunikative Skills.
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit mindestens einem Lasttestwerkzeug (z.B. JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload) und grundlegende Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von Monitoringlösungen (z.B. Dynatrace, Micro Focus BSM/APM, New Relic).
- Du hast grundlegende Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Containern oder Cloud Providern (z.B. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure) sowie in der Integration von Lasttests in CI/CD-Pipelines.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
