Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Du bist dafür verantwortlich, unser Business Development & Sales-Department weiterzuentwickeln, mit dem Ziel neue Großkunden von uns zu überzeugen und für uns zu gewinnen – in der DACH-Region und europäischen Märkten.
- Du koordinierst die Betreuung des Customer Lifecycles bis zum Vertragsabschluss mit einem starken Fokus auf den Beratungsansatz Solution Selling.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei Request for Proposal (RFP)-Prozessen und bei der Gestaltung von Webinaren.
- Du führst eigenständig Erstgespräche, Follow-up Meetings sowie Demo Calls für potenzielle Kunden durch.
- Du nimmst regelmäßig an Veranstaltungen und Events teil, mit dem Ziel, unser Produkt zu bewerben und Großkunden von uns zu überzeugen.

Dein Anforderungsprofil
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb (B2B, SaaS geschätzt) und mindestens einen Abschluss in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang.
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Themen Coaching, Organisations- und Personalentwicklung.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Talent für schriftliche sowie mündliche Kommunikation und verfügst über ein professionelles und souveränes Auftreten.
- Du schaffst es zudem Dein Team mitzureißen und Kunden zu überzeugen und zu Deinen Stärken zählen Klarheit, strategisches Denken und Pro-Aktivität, um gemeinsam zu wachsen.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten.
- Du kannst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren (schriftlich & mündlich, min. C1-Level).
- Du bist erfahren in dem Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel, Word und PowerPoint).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
