Diese Herausforderungen erwarten dich
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Strategien zur Leadgenerierung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Development und Marketing Team
- Steuerung des gesamten Deal-Life-Cycles von der Qualifizierung, der Validierung bis zum Closing
- Erarbeitung von Business Cases für die Einführung einer HR-Software auf Basis von kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Steuerung des gesamten Buying Centers des Leads bis auf C-Level
- Abschluss und Übergabe des Kunden an unser Customer Success Team
- Unterstützung des Partnerships Teams bei der Identifikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Multiplikatoren & Kooperationspartnern
- Abstimmung neuer Kundenanforderungen mit dem Management um Potential für neue Kundengruppen systematisch zu identifizieren
- Stetige Entwicklung unserer Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität unserer Arbeit

Was du mitbringen solltest?
- Du konntest dich in den letzten 2-3 Jahren im Vertrieb erfolgreich beweisen und hast bereits Erfahrung im Software Solution Sales
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C2 Level) und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Level) in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist proaktiv und verstehst es dich einzubringen um die Pipeline und Conversion Rate voranzutreiben
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst dich an deine unterschiedlichen Gesprächspartner anpassen
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Empathie und Fähigkeiten als guter Zuhörer aus, um in der Tiefe die Anforderungen und Herausforderungen der Leads zu verstehen
- Dein unternehmerisches Denken machen dich zum kompetenten Ansprechpartner der nichts „verkauft“, sondern Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Prospect erarbeitet um einen wahren Mehrwert zu schaffen
- Du siehst dich als Teamplayer, der seine Kollegen jederzeit unterstützt, um das gemeinsame Ziel zu erreichen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
