Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten und aktive Mitwirkung bei deren Umsetzung
- Du beziehst hierbei eine Vielzahl interner und externer Stakeholder mit ein und übernimmst federführend die Kommunikation sowie das Deeskalations- und Konfliktmanagement
- Du identifizierst Risiken und Herausforderungen und entwickelst Strategien zur Minimierung dieser über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg
- Du übernimmst die laterale Führung von interdisziplinären, internationalen und interkulturellen Teams sowohl vor Ort als auch Remote
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und methodischen Ausgestaltung des Projektmanagement Rahmenwerks
- Du managst Reportings über Projektfortschritte und Einhaltung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, IT Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement nach Prinzipien der agilen Softwareentwicklung (Agile Development)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den Projektmanagementsoftwareprodukten Jira und Confluence

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
