Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in des Kunden, der internen Fachabteilungen sowie der internen und externen Zulieferer
- Du entwickelst kundenspezifische elektromechanische High-Performance Servo-Antriebslösungen im internationalen Umfeld
- Du dimensionierst elektromechanische Antriebslösungen vom Motor über den mechanischen Antriebsstrang bis zur Ausarbeitung von Regelungskonzepten unter Einbeziehung geeigneter Sensoren
- Du wählst geeignete Kommunikationsschnittstellen zu den Sensoren und zum übergeordneten System aus
- Du präsentierst die erarbeiteten Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf bei internen und externen Kunden
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden, inkl. Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen sowie in Sonderprojekten (bspw. Mergers & Acquisitions)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Vertiefung in der elektrischen Antriebstechnik, Regelungstechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder ähnlichem
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung im Bereich Servo-Antriebstechnik, Sensortechnik oder Mechatronik
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Stabilisierungstechnik, mechatronische Systeme, industrielle Feldbusse oder Leistungselektronik
- Du kennst dich mit MATLAB/SIMULINK, MathCAD oder anderen CAE Tools aus und hast einen Hintergrund im Bereich der Wehrtechnik
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung mit, Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit regelmäßig zu reisen (ca. 20%)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
