Ihre Aufgaben
- die Sicherstellung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur Erzielung einer langfristigen, dauerhaften und hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- die Steuerung einer kontinuierlichen Werkstattauslastung, Produktivität und Qualität mit Festlegung von Zielvorgaben im Bereich Service
- die Optimierung der Betreuungsqualität, sowie die Durchführung interner Qualitätsprogramme
- die Koordinierung des Service- & Teile-Bereiches
- die reibungslose Umsetzung der Werkstattprozesse
- die Verantwortung des gesamten After-Sales-Geschäft (Service- und Teilevertrieb)
- das Personalmanagement und die souveräne Führung des gesamten Werkstatt- und Serviceteams
- die qualifizierte Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und die Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Organisation der internen Abläufe
- Ausbildung / Qualifizierungsprogramm zum Kundendienstleiter über den Hersteller möglich

Ihr Profil
- Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Kfz-Gewerbe
- Qualifizierung zum Geprüften Automobilserviceberater (m/w) oder die Bereitschaft, sie zu erlangen
- Fundierte Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse > Ausgeprägte Kontaktfreude und Kundenorientierung
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist einschließlich der Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Vernetzung mit den anderen Unternehmensbereichen im Autohaus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
