Bei unserer Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) dreht sich alles rund um die Elektrotechnik, die in unsere Gebäude installiert wird. In der Ausbildung arbeitest du vorwiegend in den Gebäuden vor Ort bei Kund:innen. Deswegen solltest du gerne unterwegs sein und gut mit Menschen umgehen können. Deine Power kannst du auf der Baustelle zum Ausdruck bringen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du lernst alles rund um die elektronische Welt in Gebäuden: von einfachen Dingen wie Licht und Strom, über Telefon- und Internetanschlüsse bis hin zu Türkontrollsystemen und sogar Elektromobilität. Außerdem lernst du, wie man die notwendige Elektronik in einem Gebäude konzipiert, installiert und in Betrieb nimmt
- Du bist für den theoretischen Aspekt deiner Ausbildung überwiegend im Blockunterricht in der Berufsschule, wodurch du im Wechsel in Betrieb und Berufsschule bist
- Du lernst im Bereich der Elektrotechnik Starkstrom hinter die Kulissen von Büros, Krankenhäusern oder Industriegebäuden zu schauen und installierst umfangreiche Elektrotechnik
- Du schnupperst in unserem Kundendienst in den Schwerpunkt der Wartung, Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie Gebäudetechnik im Privathaus
- Du verstehst im Bereich der Schaltanlagenfertigung die Zusammenhänge der elektrischen Versorgung ganzer Gebäudekomplexe und die Verteilung der Energie innerhalb von Gebäuden
- Du hast nach Abschluss deiner Ausbildung zahlreiche Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister im Elektrotechniker-Handwerk oder zum Techniker für Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)

- Du besitzt im Idealfall berufliche Vorkenntnisse durch Praktika, Berufsfachschule oder ähnliches, dies ist aber keine Bedingung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
