Was erwartet dich?
Im Job:
- Du wirst als HR Strategy Consultant im Bereich Talent Transformation Strategy & Processes eingesetzt.
- Als Teamplayer übernimmst du Verantwortung und koordinierst Projekte im Zusammenspiel mit Kunden, anderen Bereichen und der Technologieorganisation des Unternehmens.
- Beim Auf- und Umbau von Personalfunktionen sowie der Personalprozesse unterstützt du tatkräftig.
- Du begleitest, planst und steuerst das Design von Organisationen sowie die Mitarbeiter:innen- und Wissenstransferprozesse.
- Bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von IT-Systemen für den HR-Bereich bringst du dich erfolgreich ein.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten für HR-Management-Themenstellungen.
Der Aufgabenumfang ermöglicht es dir, dich ausreichend deinem Masterstudium zu widmen. Deine Master-Thesis schreibst du in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Bereich.
Im Studium:
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen oder am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School oder der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen
Parallel dazu kannst Du Dein neu erlerntes Wissen direkt in die Praxis umsetzen und von Anfang an Verantwortung übernehmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Einen guten Bachelor- Abschluss (Notendurchschnitt 2,5 oder besser) mit Schwerpunkt auf Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Personalwirtschaft
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Starkes Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen (Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Talent & Performance Management)
- Selbstsicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
- Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
- Erfahrung mit MS Office Produkten
- Eine unternehmerisch und kreativ agierende Persönlichkeit
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
