Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst Neu- und Reaktivierungskunden unsere Produkte und Kollektionen am Telefon vor
- Du akquirierst Neukunden nach vorgegebenen Parametern
- Du betreust Kund:innen und Interessent:innen per E-Mail und versorgst sie mit Infomaterial zu unseren Produkten
- Du kümmerst dich um die Vorbereitung von Mailings, z.B. zur Referenzabfrage oder Kollektionsvermarktung
- Du führst selbstständig die Nachbearbeitung und Dokumentation von Calls durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell in einem Studiengang, am besten mit dem Schwerpunkt Sales, BWL, PR oder Kommunikationswissenschaft eingeschrieben
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen, speziell Word, Excel und Outlook
- Du bist kommunikationsfreudig sowie motiviert und interessiert daran, dich in unsere Produkte einzuarbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine gute Ausdrucksweise und Spaß am Umgang mit Kund:innen aus
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist gut organisiert und kannst einmal pro Woche bei uns in Karlsruhe vor Ort sein
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
