Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten Vorgänge der Finanzbuchhaltung in den Bereichen Sachkonten, Anlagenbuchhaltung/Investitionen, Debitoren und Kreditoren und Inventuren und erstellen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS
- Sie übernehmen das Kreditmanagement und Mahnwesen, führen Intercompany-Abstimmungen im Konzern durch, bearbeiten alle umsatzsteuerlichen Vorgänge (Inland/Ausland) und erstellen Umsatzsteuererklärungen und Statistiken
- Sie sind zuständig für die fachliche Anleitung und Überwachung debitorischer und kreditorischer Vorgänge in den Bereichen Customer Service, Einkauf und IT
- Sie verantworten die Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und der Zahlungsfreigaben im e-banking-System, unterstützen bei den Jahresabschlussprüfungen sowie steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen und betreuen dabei die Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen
- Sie betreuen Auszubildende (m/w/d) im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar und beistzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position eines Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise mit Konzernerfahrung
- Sie können fundierte Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht bei international tätigen Unternehmen vorweisen
- Sie sind sicher im Anwenden der gängigen MS-Office-Produkte und hast Erfahrung in einem ERP-System
- Sie überzeugen durch Belastbarkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
- Sie bringen gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
