Als Junior Implementation Manager in unserem schnell wachsenden Customer Success Team nimmst du die HR-Prozesse und Organisationsstruktur unserer Neukunden unter die Lupe, berätst sie in der bestmöglichen Nutzung unserer HR-Software und führst selbstständig Account-Einrichtungsprojekte durch.

  • Du führst eigenständige Analysen zu Anforderungen von Neukunden an unsere HR-Software durch
  • Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement und die selbstständige Durchführung von Account-Einrichtungen aus unserem Münchner Büro heraus
  • Du führst Online-Schulungen zu HR-Prozessen in unserer HR-Software und "Best Practice" zusammen mit den HR-Managern unserer Kunden
  • Du übernimmst die Prüfung, Aufbereitung und den Import von Kundendaten mithilfe von Excel
  • Außerdem bist Du gelegentlich auf Geschäftsreisen für Implementierungsprojekte oder Classroom Trainings bei Kunden

Was Du mitbringen solltest?

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- bzw. Sozialwissenschaften, technischen BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR, Customer Care oder Account Management, bspw. durch vorherige Praktika
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Bereits ersten Kontakt mit einem der folgenden Tools (Zendesk, Natero, JIRA)
  • Interesse an HR- und Organisationsthemen sowie Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
