Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Entwicklungsprojekte von der Projektvergabe bis zum Serienstart, übernimmst die technische Umsetzungsverantwortung von Prototypen bis zur Serie und koordinierst und verteilst Aufgaben in Entwicklungsteams und an die fachlichen Schnittstellenbereiche
- Du entwickelst Sensoren für die Automobilbranche und fungierst als technische Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Bauteillieferant:innen für ein komplexes Sensorprojekt
- Du koordinierst die internen Entwicklungsabläufe und setzt die vorgegebenen Projektziele hinsichtlich Terminen, Technik, Qualität und Kosten um
- Du betreust nationale und internationale Stamm- und Neukund:innen bei der Projektabwicklung, steuerst und koordinierst das Änderungsmanagement innerhalb des Projekts und erstellst monatliche Projektreporting/-reviews für die Geschäftsleitung
- Du koordinierst Projektaufgaben mit verschiedenen internationalen Fertigungsstandorten, unterstützt den Vertrieb in der Akquisephase, hast Budgetverantwortung und planst und bereitest Reviews für die Dokumentation des Projektfortschrittes vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau / Mechatronik / Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen abgeschlossen
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hardwareentwicklung oder erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten innerhalb der Automobilindustrie oder gerne auch der Telekommunikation
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Projektumsetzung nach IATF 16949
- Du bist zielorientiert, teamfähig und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bist bereit für gelegentliche Dienstreisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
