Was erwartet dich?
- Du hast den direkten Kontakt zur Geschäftsführung und übernimmst eigenständig Projekte und Aufgaben im Bereich B2B und Recruiting
- Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit potenziellen Neukund:innen oder Bewerber:innen
- Du screenst den Markt, recherchierst Inhalte nach relevanten Themen und kommunizierst diese
- Du kooperierst mit diversen Dienstleistern und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Content in unterschiedlichen Endformaten
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedensten Programmen, wie LinkedIn, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, u.v.m.

- Du studierst BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing, Wirtschaftspsychologie, -kommunikation oder Vergleichbares und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Online-Marketing und Content Creation
- Du brennst für die Entwicklung im Bereich Social-Media und hast keine Angst vor neuen Herausforderungen
- Dein fröhliches, sympathisches und charismatisches Gemüt kann nicht übersehen werden und du hast eine eloquente Ausdrucksweise
- Der wertschätzende, respektvolle Umgang, egal ob mit Kollegen, Bewerbern oder Kunden (m/w/d), macht dir Spaß

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
