Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt einen oder mehrere Personalfunktionsbereiche im HR Service-Center (HRSC)
- Du bietest First-Level-Response-Support für Manager, Teammitglieder (m/w/d), Mitarbeiter:innen und andere Kund:innen
- Du antwortest auf Anfragen gemäß angemessener Richtlinien und Praktiken, dabei bietest du eine grundlegende Interpretation der Richtlinien
- Du bestimmst die besten Methoden zur Lösung von Problemen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und die Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und -praktiken sowie gesetzlichen Vorschriften sicherzustellen
- Du beteiligst dich an und bietest koordinative Unterstützung für Projektteams und arbeitest mit anderen Teammitgliedern zusammen, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit dem HRSC (nach Bedarf), um die Kundenlösung zu koordinieren
