Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten selbstständig das gesamte Spektrum der fachspezifischen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen spannender, größtenteils streitiger Mandate, wie die Fristenkontrolle, Wiedervorlagen, Gerichtspost, Aktenführung, Mitarbeit bei Schriftsatzentwürfen sowie Kostenfestsetzung und -vollstreckung
- Sie erledigen administrative Aufgaben, wie die Mandatsverwaltung, Mandatskorrespondenz, Rechnungserstellung, Terminplanung, Reiseorganisation und -abrechnung
- Sie koordinieren die Büroabläufe in ihrem Bereich, insbesondere die elektronische Aktenführung und das Dokumentenmanagement
- Sie betreuen unsere Mandanten kompetent am Telefon

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d)
- Sie konnten idealerweise erste Berufspraxis im Bereich des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes sammeln
- Sie pflegen einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Aufgeschlossenheit, Zuverlässigkeit und ihr Interesse daran, unsere Mandant:innen engagiert und professionell zu vertreten, aus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
