Projektmanager Anlagenbau Abrechnung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie prüfen und erfassen Arbeitsberichte, bestellen Material und erstellen korrekte Rechnungen und Rechnungsanlagen entsprechend Vertrag/Auftrag
- Sie unterstützen die Bauprozesse kaufmännisch und stimmen die Abrechnung an den Kunden ab und kontrollieren diese
- Sie verfolgen offene Forderungen zeitnah und bearbeiten Projekte im ERP-System
- Sie buchen Wareneingänge, um Bestandsführung und Rechnungsprüfung zu gewährleisten
- Sie arbeiten an verschiedenen kaufmännischen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung, z.B. Digitalisierung von Arbeitsberichten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Sie besitzen Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Aufträgen im technischen Umfeld z.B. Tankstellen- und Anlagenbau, Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Markt- und Materialkenntnisse im Bereich Anlagenbau und in gängigen Abrechnungs-/ERP-Systemen
- Sie sind engagiert, besitzen Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
