Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die telefonische Kundenbetreuung im Inbound zuständig
- Du übernimmst die Sachbearbeitung wie die Vertragsprüfung, Erstellung von Ablöseangeboten, etc.
- Du berätst Kund:innen und Interessent:innen

- Einsatzzeiten, montags bis freitags zwischen 8:00 und 18:00 Uhr

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt gute MS Office Kenntnisse und hast Freude am persönlichen Umgang mit Kund:innen am Telefon
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Online-Banking und/oder entsprechender Tools
- Du besitzt eine hohe Service-, Kunden- und Mitarbeiterorientierung
- Du überzeugst mit deiner Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie deiner Lernbereitschaft und Neugierde
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
