Mit dieser Position kombinierst du ein berufsbegleitendes Master-Studium mit den Karrieremöglichkeiten eines weltweiten Technologie-Unternehmens!
Wir suchen für den kommenden Studienstart im Oktober 2023 motivierte Bewerber:innen für die Consulting-Sparte unseres Partners im Bereich Project Management Folgende Masterprogramme kannst du im Rahmen dieser Position absolvieren:
- Consulting & Business Analytics (M.Sc.)
- Digital Business Management (M.Sc.)
- Strategic Sales Management (M.A.)
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei Teilaufgaben im Bereich Hybrid Cloud Management sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Sales Strategien und der laufenden Steuerung des Geschäftsbereichs
- Du setzt Teilprojekte im Rahmen laufender Kundenprogramme sowie Business Development Aktivitäten um und erstellst Angebote
- Du übernimmst Projektmanagement-Aufgaben, z.B. Planung, Controlling & Monitoring, Erstellen von Reports
- Du arbeitest in laufenden Projekten als Business Analyst (m/w/d) und agiles Arbeiten in Rollen wie Scrum Master (m/w/d) oder Product Owner (m/w/d)
- Du dein neu erlerntes Wissen direkt in die Praxis umsetzen und von Anfang an Verantwortung übernehmen
- Du kannst dich ausreichend deinem Masterstudium zu widmen, deine Master-Thesis schreibst du in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Bereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deinen Bachelor mit Schwerpunkt auf IT und/oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit einem Notendurchschnitt von mind. 2,5 abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Grundlagen des Projektmanagements, agilen Methoden oder der Zusammenarbeiten in internationalen Teams
- Du begeisterst dich für Themen wie AI, Cloud, Security, Quantum und modernste Softwareentwicklung
- Du bist engagiert, löst Probleme, bist bereit, dich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bringst dich gerne ein und hast Spaß dabei
- Du bist flexibel und mobil und deine Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
