Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote von Ersatzteilaufträgen und übernimmst die Auftragserfassung und Rechnungsstellung
- Du koordinierst und arbeitest mit den Serviceplanern zusammen und arbeitest bei der Auftragsgewinnung mit
- Du betreust und berätst Kund:innen telefonisch bei kaufmännischen Anfragen
- Du verbesserst die Kundenzufriedenheit durch proaktive Zuarbeit
- Du leistest Zuarbeit und setzt im After Sales Bereich um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb im Innendienst
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast Kenntnisse eines Warenwirtschaftssystems, idealerweise SAGE Kenntnisse
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und Interesse an innovativen Technologien
- Du bist in der Lage, eigenverantwortlich und selbständig zu arbeiten und handelst verantwortungsbewusst
- Du bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit mit
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend – weitere Sprachkenntnisse wären von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
