Banking ist ein abwechslungsreiches Geschäftsfeld, in dem die verschiedensten Finanzdienstleistungen angeboten werden. In deiner Ausbildungszeit von zweieinhalb Jahren erhältst du Einblicke in unsere Vertriebsbereiche und interne Abteilungen, in denen du dein erlerntes Fachwissen durch die Unterstützung der Kollegen in der Praxis erweiterst.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie werden ein festes Teammitglied und erhalten Einblicke in den Filialalltag
- Sie werden im direkten Kundenkontakt ausgebildet
- Sie nehmen Kundenaufträge an und bearbeiten diese mit Unterstützung des Teams
- Sie begleiten Beratungsgespräche sowie deren Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Sie werden an die selbstständige Gesprächsführung herangeführt und dürfen Ihrem Ausbildungsstand entsprechend eigene Kundengespräche führen
- Sie vereinbaren telefonisch Kundentermine, erledigen täglich anfallende Aufgaben und lernen den Umgang mit modernster Banktechnik

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie schließen die Mittlere Reife, die Fachhochschulreife oder das Abitur ab und können gute Noten in den Fächern Mathematik und Deutsch vorweisen
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen, beispielsweise während eines Praktikums
- Sie haben Spaß an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Sie gehen gerne auf Menschen zu und sind service- und leistungsorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
