Als Junior Projektcontroller (m/w/d) kannst du an spannenden Projekten eines internationalen Automobilzulieferers mitarbeiten und dich gleichzeitig berufsbegleitend weiterbilden!
Zwei verschiedene Projekte stehen dir dabei zur Auswahl:
- Konzeptionierung eines Datenmodells im Rahmen der Automatisierung von Business Case Kalkulationen
- Projektportfoliomanagement - Implikationen für die Strategische Planung
M.Sc. Consulting & Business Analytics
M.Sc. Digital Business Management

Was erwartet dich?
Im Job:
- Verfolgung der Projektprofitabilität über den Projektlebenszyklus (vom Angebot bis nach dem SOP)
- Unterstützung der Projektteams in der Definition, Bewertung, Implementierung und Verfolgung von Massnahmenplänen zur Erreichung der Profitabilitätsziele
- Unterstützung der Produktionsstandorte bei der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen wirtschaftlichen Planung (FRC, BDG, 5 Jahresplan)
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Projektcontrollinginstrumente
Definition, Implementierung und Überprüfung der Prozesse und Richtlinien in Bezug auf das Projektcontrolling
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen oder der ESB Business School in Reutlingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der Fakultät Informatik und ESB Business School der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in den Bereichen Business, Economics, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt oder erster praktischer Erfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling und Finance
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
- Erste Erfahrung mit BI Tools und Datenbankanwendungen
- Proaktives Auftreten gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
