Was erwartet dich?
- Du suchst Kandidat:innen über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle und Netzwerke (Xing, LinkedIn, soziale Medien etc.)
- Du führst eigenständige Recherchen durch und identifizierst geeignete Kandidat:innen für unsere Suchprojekte mittels Active Sourcing im Internet
- Du leitest (Teil-)Projekte des Researchs für einzelne Suchmandate
- Du entwickelst die Identifikationsstrategie je nach Suchprofil
- Du identifizierst geeignete potenzielle Kandidat:innen, sprichst die Kandidat:innen an und begeisterst sie für die zu besetzenden Positionen
- Du entwickelst eigene Ideen zur Gewinnung von Kandidat:innen, setzt diese eigenständig um, pflegst die Datenbank und übernimmst das Bewerbermanagement

- Du bist im Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Bezug und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrung in Research oder der Marktforschung
- Du hast Spaß am Kontakt und Umgang mit Menschen und an der Nutzung des Internets als Kommunikationsmittel und du zeichnest dich durch Offenheit und eine unkomplizierte Art aus
- Du kannst deine Recruiting-Aktivitäten quantifizieren und neue innovative Wege finden, um deine Ziele zu erreichen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
