Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Assistenzaufgaben für das Client Service Management (u.a. Terminkoordination, Protokollerstellung, Datenhandling)
- Du unterstützt im Support der Client Service Manager und Director im Projektcontrolling und in der Abrechnung (Stundencontrolling, Prüfen von Reisekostenabrechnungen, Abrechnungsvorbereitung für die Buchhaltung)
- Du hilfst bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung von Timings mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Du unterstützt in der Lieferantenrecherche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise Richtung Marketing
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement gesammelt
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist team- und kommunikationsfähig, Zahlen affin und besitzt eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office Programmen um (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
