Was erwartet dich?
- Analyse und Entwurf von maßgeschneiderten, skalierbaren Softwarearchitekturen
- Umsetzung und Implementierung von entworfenen Architekturen in Kundenprojekten
- Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für unsere Backend-Entwickler und trittst als Mentor:in auf, sodass die Kollegen um deinen Rat fragen können
- Du lebst einen hohen Qualitätsstandard vor und trägst diesen ins Team. Außerdem sicherst du diese Qualität durch eine entsprechende Test-Abdeckung ab
- Du informierst dich über den aktuellen Stand der Technik und evaluierst, welche Trends und Tools für uns relevant sein könnten und kannst bei Bedarf deinen Kollegen die neusten Trends auch beibringen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt IT
- Du hast mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Design von modernen Architekturen sowie in der Softwareentwicklung mit Spring Boot
- Du bist versiert in aktuellen Architekturstandards, Best Practices und Design Patterns (Clean Code, Hexagonal architecture, Twelve-Factor App, etc.)
- Automatisierte Tests und CI/CD Pipelines gehören zu deinem Standardvorgehen
- Beim Entwurf von Softwarearchitekturen hast du stets den Blick darauf, wie der anschließende Betrieb der Software ablaufen soll
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Docker und Cloud-basierten Plattformen (z. B. AWS, Azure oder Hetzner)
- Du verfügst über gute Datenbankkenntnisse (PostgreSQL, MySQL oder NoSQL)
- Du besitzt eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in der englischen Sprache und traust dir zu auch in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
