Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen in unserem Bereich „Messerepräsentanzen Ausland“ die jeweiligen Projektleitungen aktiv bei der Gewinnung neuer Aussteller für privatwirtschaftliche oder offizielle Firmengemeinschaftsstände auf Auslandsmessen
- Sie kümmern sich um die vorrangig telefonische Kundenansprache, in Einzelfällen auch im Rahmen von Besuchen verschiedener Wettbewerbsmessen
- Sie können im CRM System strukturiert Kundendaten aufbereiten, pflegen und entwickeln, damit diese aktiv für Vertriebsaktivitäten zur Verfügung stehen
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für unsere Aussteller bei der technisch-gestalterischen Vorbereitung ihrer Messebeteiligungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Marketing, Büroassistenz, idealerweise in Verbindung mit Veranstaltungsmanagement
- Sie sind kommunikativ und gehen gerne aktiv auf Menschen zu
- Sie überzeugen am Telefon und können unsere Leistungen professionell verkaufen
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit CRM-Lösungen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken aus
- Sie kennen technische Fragestellungen und können dadurch unsere Aussteller zu Standbauthemen bestens unterstützen
- Sie führen die Korrespondenz in englischer Sprache mit unseren Messeveranstaltern
- Sie haben ein gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement und sichern dadurch die termintreue Bearbeitung aller relevanten Projektschritte

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
