In deiner neuen Funktion nimmst du eine zentrale Rolle ein und unterstützt unsere internationale Aufbauorganisation bei der Erreichung der Ziele. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Gründer:innen, Berater:innen und Entwickler:innen zusammen. Mache mit uns die Digitalisierung zu einem Teil einer besseren und gerechteren Welt von morgen. Unser Team wird dich dabei tatkräftig unterstützen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und das Controlling von Marketingkampagnen
- Du erstellst Texte für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle
- Du betreust und aktualisierst die Firmenwebsite (WordPress)
- Du optimierst, monitorst und kontrollierst SEO- und SEA hinsichtlich Conversions und betreibst Marktbeobachtung sowie Recherchearbeiten
- Du bespielst und baust die Social-Media-Kanäle (primär LinkedIn, Xing) inhaltlich aus und erstellst Sponsoringkampagnen auf LinkedIn und Xing

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien / Kommunikation, Medienmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation
- Du kannst Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von SEA- und SEO-Maßnahmen vorweisen
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine systematische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
