Landschaftsarchitekt für Freiraumprojekte in Lph 5 bis 8 (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Ausführungspläne, Lagepläne, Schnitte, Details, Regelaufbauten und arbeitest Abbruchpläne und Massenpläne aus
- Du erstellst die Pflanzplanung und Entwässerungskonzepte und stellst Leistungsbeschreibungen mit Leistungsverzeichnissen auf
- Du dokumentierst den Bauablauf, erstellst Terminpläne und ermittelst und kontrollierst den Kostenrahmen
- Du stellst Vergabeunterlagen zusammen, holst Angebote ein, prüfst und wertest sie und führst Bietergespräche
- Du überwachst und koordinierst die Ausführung und die damit fachlich Beteiligten am Projekt auf Übereinstimmung mit Genehmigungen, Zeitschiene und Kostenrahmen
- Du bist zuständig für die fachliche und technische korrekte Umsetzung über alle beauftragten Bauleistungen und organisierst die Abnahme der Bauleistungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur, im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker oder Bautechniker (m/w/d)
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung für Freiraumprojekte sammeln
- Du bringst Führungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Teamorientierung und Eigenverantwortung aus
- Du bist motiviert, dich sowohl persönlich als auch fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir sind ein Landschaftsarchitekturbüro, dass sich auf die Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Bauüberwachung von Bauleistungen im Bereich Freianlagen und Verkehrsanlagen spezialisiert hat. Unsere Passion ist es, geplanten Projekte vom Papier in die Wirklichkeit umzusetzen. Wir sind ein hochmotiviertes Team aus Ausschreibung- und Vergabespezialisten sowie Landschaftsarchitekten, Ingenieuren und Bautechnikern. Wir betreuen Baumaßnahmen in den Bereichen Bildung, Forschung, Entwicklung, Wohnbau und Kommunen. Alles außerhalb einer Gebäudehülle wie Infrastrukturflächen, Verkehrswege, Fußwege, Aufenthaltsbereiche, Spielflächen, Parks und Grünanlagen kann durch unser Büro in den Leistungsphasen 6-8 betreut werden. Dies bedeutet weniger Schnittstellen und weniger Reibungsverluste in der Abwicklung eines komplexen Projektes und damit ein sauberer und kostengünstigerer Projektverlauf für den Auftraggeber.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
