Wir sind ein erfahrenes Team mit Hintergrund im E-Commerce, der Bauindustrie, dem Baustoffhandel und der Top-Tier-Strategieberatung. Wir suchen kontinuierlich neue Teammitglieder, die sich für Technologie, Entrepreneurship und die Digitalisierung auf dem Bau begeistern. Als Product Owner (m/w/d) stehst du im stetigen Dialog mit unserem Product Lead und treibst die Entwicklung unseres Produkts voran.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst von Tag 1 an in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Web-App – dazu arbeitest du eng mit unseren Sales und Partner Managementteams zusammen und du priorisiert mit ihnen und dem Leadership Team die Product Anforderungen
- Gemeinsam mit dem Leadership Team entwickelst du die Product Roadmap. Daraus leitest du das Backlog ab und definierst und schreibst User Stories
- Du steuerst unser Design & Entwickler Team und verantwortest die Abnahme von Features sowie alle Regel-Meetings
- Du stellst sicher, dass Product und Business Prozesse korrekt und zuverlässig funktionieren und entwickelst dafür Test- und Abnahmekonzepte
- Du stellst mit unserem Tech-Lead sicher, dass die technischen Voraussetzungen für ein skalierbares Produkt sowie skalierbare Businessprozesse gegeben sind
- Du begleitest die technische Anbindung neuer Partner und etablierst und pflegst technische Schnittstellen in Abstimmung mit Tech-Lead und Partner Managementteam
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für das Entwicklerteam, sowie die Businessfunktionen bei allen Produktbezogenen Themen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft o.Ä., sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Product Management
- Du hast großes Interesse an E-Commerce, mobilen Apps und digitalen Trends und hast ein gutes Auge für ansprechendes Design
- Du hast die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit und Spaß daran, in Prozessen zu denken. Du strebst danach, diese zu vereinfachen und in Produktfeatures zu überführen, die Kund:innen Spaß machen und Businessanforderungen gerecht werden
- Du bist souverän im Stakeholder Management und kannst zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessenslagen abwägen, vermitteln und Lösungen finden
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit sowie ein kundenorientiertes Denken
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch - mit unserem Entwicklerteam arbeitest du auf Englisch, mit unseren Nutzern kommunizierst du auf Deutsch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
