Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Verantwortlichen im Prozess der Verwaltung der kommerziellen Daten für die Abrechnung der Leistungen des Unternehmens
- Du hilfst uns bei der Überwachung und Initiierung der fristgerechten Erstellung der Ausgangsrechnungen
- Du startest rechtzeitig die Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb bei anstehenden Vertragsverlängerungen bzw. möglichen Vertragsanpassungen
- Du unterstützt das Accounting im Bereich Forderungsmanagement und bei den wiederkehrenden Aktivitäten im Monatsabschluss
- Du entwickelst mit deinem Team Auftragsbestände sowohl im Servicebereich als auch für die Produkterlöse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise bereits einen Bachelorabschluss in dem Bereich BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik, Data Analytics oder einer anderen, quantitativ orientierten Wissenschaft in der Tasche und suchst als Masterstudent (m/w/d) eine fordernde und fördernde Tätigkeit
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung im Finance und Controlling sammeln, idealerweise auch in Projektmanagement Methodiken und überzeugst mit deiner ausgeprägten IT- und Datenaffinität
- Du bringst sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den MS Office Applikationen (Access, Excel, Power BI, bestenfalls sogar Erfahrungen mit Power Query) bzw. Erfahrungen mit relationalen Datenbanken mit
- Du agierst umsetzungsorientiert, analytisch, kritisch und gehst Dingen auf den Grund und hast den Antrieb, sie verändern zu wollen
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein, sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
