Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Steuerung und Durchführung aller Werbe- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie für die Marketing-Budgetplanung, -steuerung und -kontrolle
- Du übernimmst einzelne Bausteine hinsichtlich der Umsetzung und steuerst externe Agenturen und Dienstleister
- Du setzt kurzfristige Aktualisierungen, Anpassungen oder Ad Hoc Anfragen in allen Kanälen eigenständig um und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team Lead-Generierungs-Strategien über Inbound- und Outbound-Kampagnen
- Du hast die gesamte Customer-Experience im Blick und entwickelst passende Marketingmaßnahmen für alle relevanten Touchpoints mit unseren Zielgruppen
- Du kontrollierst, messt und analysierst Maßnahmen und relevante Key Performance Indicators, und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse/Instrumente weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/Studium im Bereich Marketing oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet (Agenturerfahrung von Vorteil)
- Du überzeugst sowohl mit deiner konzeptionellen und analytischen Arbeitsweise als auch mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und viel Eigeninitiative, hast ein offenes Wesen, sprühst vor Ideen und bist ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein gutes Sprachgefühl und deine Textsicherheit aus
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Marketing Trends und bringst eine Begeisterung für Themen wie New Work, Kunst, Kultur & Nachhaltigkeit mit
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit plattformspezifischen Publikations- , Paid Media- und Controlling- Funktionalitäten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
