Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Bearbeitung von Nachträgen – technisch, baubetrieblich und kalkulatorisch - bei Ingenieur- und Bauverträgen verantwortlich
- Du führst Nachtragsverhandlungen durch und schließt Nachträge ab
- Du sorgst für die Optimierung und die kontinuierliche Fortentwicklung unserer Nachtrags- und Vertragsprozesse
- Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen, der Revision und städtischen Gremien
- Du unterstützt bei Anrufungsverfahren und Rechtsstreitigkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Juristen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Ingenieur (m/w/d) oder Bautechniker (m/w/d) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Infrastrukturbau (Straßenbau/Brückenbau)
- Du bist ein:e Praktiker:in und weißt, wie es am Bau läuft und behältst bei Großprojekten den Überblick
- Du kümmerst dich um Vertragsabwicklung, Nachtragsmanagement, Baubetrieb und Kalkulation
- Du bist sicher in der Anwendung der VOB und der HOAI, idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit HVA-StB-Handbüchern
- Du behältst bei heißen Verhandlungen einen kühlen Kopf und handelst lösungsorientiert
- Du überzeugst durch dein selbstbewusstes Auftreten, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Du zeichnest dich durch Entscheidungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
