Bürokauffrau für die Exportabwicklung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest Akkreditivabwicklungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Banken
- Du stellst Anträge für Bietungs-, Ausführungs-, Gewährleistungsgarantien
- Du erstellst für den Export notwendige Zoll- und Ausfuhrdokumenten, wie Ursprungszeugnisse, EUR1 etc.
- Du organisierst und überwachst Wareninspektionen
- Du holst Transportangebote (Land / Luft / See) ein
- Du führst das Rechnungseingangsbuch und holst Zahlungsfreigaben beim Besteller / Verursacher (m/w/d) ein
- Du kümmerst dich um die Cashflow Planung zusammen mit der Geschäftsführung
- Du führst die Zahlungsplanliste und den Zahlungsverkehr (online Überweisungen)
- Du kümmerst dich um das Mahnwesen und die Kassenführung
- Du leitest Ein- und Ausgangsbelege ans Steuerbüro weiter
- Du kommunizierst mit internationalen Kund:innen in englisch, französisch von Vorteil
- Du verantwortest die Ablage von Unterlagen und Express Sendungen
- Du unterstützt den Vertriebs bei internationalen Ausschreibungen
- Du nimmst Telefongespräche entgegen
- Du betreust das SOLAR23 Partnernetzwerk
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen für Ausschreibungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Großhandels-/Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation oder ggf. auch ein Studium
- Du verfügst über allgemeine Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Vertrieb sowie technisches Basiswissen
- Du kennst dich mit den MS Windows Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Power Point), sowie einem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm aus
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung sammeln oder hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit einschlägigen Praktika
- Du zeichnest dich durch selbständiges, gewissenvolles arbeiten aus
- Du zählst ein höfliches, diszipliniertes Erscheinen zu deinen Stärken

Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
