Ihre spannenden Aufgaben:
- Du arbeitest im Controlling und nimmst die Rechnungskontierung vor
- Du erstellst Statistiken, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
- Du korrespondierst mit unseren Kunden per Telefon und/oder schriftlich
- Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Bewerbermanagement und das Reisemanagement
- Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Mitteilungen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen etc.
- Du bereitest die Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung vor
- Du übernimmst allgemeine Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben und die Postbearbeitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Personalwesen sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, insbesondere mit MS Excel

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
