Sachbearbeiter internationale Auftragsabwicklung - Logistik / Einkauf (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wickelst Kundenbestellungen sowie Einkaufs- und Verkaufsverträge ab und eröffnest Akkreditive
- Du übernimmst die Datenpflege des betriebsinternen ERP-Systems
- Du verantwortest die Disposition der Ware und Abstimmung der Liefertermine mit Kund:innen
- Du arbeitest zusammen mit unserem internationalen Team von Ein- und Verkäufer:innen
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen und arbeitest eng mit der Abteilung Logistik zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein praxisorientiertes, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Du bringst erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenservice mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aus
- Du besitzt eine gute Auffassungsgabe und vorausschauende Denkweise
- Du punktest mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
