Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen über DATEV nach den ttp-Qualitätsstandards
- Sie optimieren Bestandsmandate vor dem Hintergrund einer möglichst digitalen und effizienten Arbeitsweise
- Sie führen Meldungen an die Berufsgenossenschaft/ Schwerbehindertenabgaben durch
- Sie erstellen eigenständig Bescheinigungen und übernehmen die Lohnberatung
- Sie betreuen unsere Mandant:innen (Privatpersonen, Freiberufler:innen und mittelständische Unternehmen)
- Sie agieren als Ansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen sowie Azubis

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung / ein Studium zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/w/d), möglichst mit Berufserfahrung
- Sie gehen sicher mit den DATEV-Anwendungen DATEV LODAS RZ, DATEV Lohn- und Gehalt sowie DATEV Unternehmen Online um
- Sie verfügen über fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Sie haben eine Affinität für digitale Arbeitsweise, mit dem Ziel zeitintensive Abrechnungsprozesse zu optimieren
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Eigeninitiative und überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft aus
- Sie haben einen selbständigen, teamorientierten, engagierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsstil
- Sie verfügen über gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
